Bellissimo, sfoglia perfetta, bella sottile, ripieno godurioso, mandorle, pistacchi e cioccolato, difficilmente riesco a pensare a un mix più goloso di questo. E poi sei stata molto originale nell’aver pensato di decorare la superficie, per di più con gli stessi ingredienti del ripieno, così da fare in modo che al taglio ogni fettina sia diversa dall’altra, idea da tenere presente per gli strudel futuri 🙂 Ottima anche la pensata del gelato come accompagnamento. Bravissima e grazie mille per questa tua proposta.
