ho notato anche io che Serravalle Scrivia sta crescendo a dismisura, outlet compreso!
Io non ho una ricetta per le ciambelle fritte, ma forse questa si avvicina per gli ingredienti (ci sono patate e lievito), sono gli Sfingi, ricetta tipica siciliana:
